Here is the GSL School Update for January 18, 2024.

Lakeside band and choir concert is tonight at 7:00 PM. It’s going to be a great show!

Busy night at GSL today and tomorrow. Continue to check our activity scheduler for the latest in what is happening at GSL. This can be found on our website.

Senior yearbook submissions are due Thursday, February 1st. Students should submit 3 things to the Google Forms at gslyearbook.com: 1) Senior Photo, 2) Baby/Childhood Photo, 3) Senior Survey. Any questions can be sent to Ms. Braun at abraun@gslpanthers.net.

Reminders one more time!
• Please stay out of the bus lane until the buses are gone in the morning.
• Please do not have students arrive before 7:30 AM on school days.
• Please use the drop off spots when dropping off your children for school.
• Please use all designated crosswalks when crossing 16th street.
• Please be safe ……. Before and after school is a busy place.
• Looking ahead, Kindergarten Round-up for the school 2024-2025 school year will be on March 7, 2024. More details will follow. You can register now on the district’s website on the front page under District News.
• Read a book……an actual book…..great adventures, stories, information….never stop learning.

More Reminders!
• If any student that is using the field house after school, you must check in and you must stay at the field house….you cannot walk the halls of school.
• Don’t forget to take advantage of the free breakfast and free lunch that we offer at GSL every day.
• Our students are the “greatest of all time!”…..GET TO mindset is so important!!

Trap Meeting: Must Attend!! The Spring Trap Meeting/Registration is Monday February 5th at 7pm at the King Pin backroom in Plato. Please use the East side entrance. Parents and students must attend.
